Refunds

Effective October 21, 2026.

Cancel anytime from the link in your Stripe receipt. That stops the next charge. It does not by itself return money already paid.

Refunds are available on request within 7 days of a charge. Email [email protected] with the receipt or the email on the charge, and say which plan you want refunded.

This covers Casewatch Pro, Casewatch Newsroom, and Stormlayer Pro bought from this studio. The public atlas and live radar are free and have nothing to refund.
